What happened to 'Electric Dreams'?

In the 2008 Melbourne Sensation White ad I first heard 'Electric Dreams' with Luciana and fell in love with the song. It took me a good 4-5 months to actually find it (on youtube) but the audio was of poor quality and was muted every once in a while.

I became excited when I found out it was going to be released on OUTPUT but when I read the album's track list it didn't appear, so I was wondering where I could get it from?
